NYC Moves To The Sound Of LA

Just heard this on 6Music. It's actually pretty tragic we're losing it. This is definitely the kind of band we used to book at the Kill Em All Barfly days. Sounds like a cross between The Rapture and The MC5 - amazing energy!

ZNTN

Our favourite Astro Latino ZNTN is giving away two new remixes. We like weirdness in dance music. Therefore, we like these. Check out his debut EP on Astrolab, if you can still find a copy!

Apples - theo (ZNTN remix) 320 mastered by ZNTN

Au revoir simone - organized scenery (ZNTN remix) - MP3 320 by ZNTN

Dance Dance Dance

So I went to this Subject60 party in Holborn last night. Pretty amazing (and huge) space. Kele from Bloc Party DJed, as did old friends of Kill Em All Queens Of Noize. Plus, Lykke Li played live and was genuinely really good. I had forgotten how many of her songs I really like. Anyone who doesn't know the Dixon edit of Dance Dance Dance needs it in their life.

Stopmakingme - Recorded live in London

Here's a mix of mine, recorded live at Hot Boy Dancing Spot at the weekend. This is The Lovely Jonjo's night as it's totally amazing. A small, sweaty basement in East London and the opportunity to play whatever you like. Perfect.
